Please check your package promptly upon receipt. If you notice any issues such as damage or defects, contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Eligible Returns:

  • Defective or Unsatisfactory Products: If you find your product to be defective or unsatisfactory, please contact us directly. We will be happy to discuss the issue and work with you to find a solution.
  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage, and we will promptly resolve the situation.

Please note that the total value of any resolution will not exceed the value of the original purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of certain products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference.

Exchanges:

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us, and we will guide you through the process.
