Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
International Shipping:
- We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier, including weather-related delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

- If your products arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We ship to both residential addresses and P.O. Boxes, provided the carrier can deliver to your location.
